Migrating helper functions and includes from SiteBuilder

If you're familiar with our legacy product SiteBuilder, note that all helper functions and includes from SiteBuilder have been migrated across to the Studio module. References are the same, except that module_86 was used in references to files in the SiteBuilder module, whereas module_357 is used to reference assets in the Studio module. module_357 is therefore the best one to use going forwards, so long as you have the Studio module installed.
