Ability to use WebApp/module layouts inside the modules folder

It would be great to be able to install a third party module and use list, detail, checkout, etc. layouts in a webapp/module tag
e.g.
{%- include 'ecommerce/cart', layout: 'modules/ecommerce_ui/list' -%}
