Accidentally start drag & drop bug

Here I accidentally dragged the in EU list field a few pixels upwards and released the mouse- actually I intended to click after moving the mouse. I didn’t want to drag. It seems to start drag & drop in unwanted manner and stops the interactivity of the whole list area. List area appears with blue dotted border while stuck in this way. It is stuck and I have to refresh page.

Not sure of solution, but maybe there could be a different threshold on what counts as a drag to only capture more deliberate drags?
