Add ability for front-end users to change email_address and password.

Allow users to change their email address and password front-end, once already logged in.
We should also provide validation options for partners to allow them to choose additional verification steps to make sure Users are authorized to do so.

    We'll provide new fields which can be attached to any Secure Zone Form which will allow Users to change their email and password front-end.
    These fields should only be displayed (and will only function) while the User is already logged in. We will require that the User provides their password again if they wish to change email and password- to verify that they have permission to do this in case they are using a shared device.
    Additional confirmation fields will be provided to help Users validate their changes.
