Add flag to Site Search, so it can find WebApps with no detail view.

This should be off by default as it is probably a rarer use-case.

Is this the solution to not displaying all WebApp items upon page load, prior to any search button click?

Mark Patton: this would allow site search to show webapp items that do not have a detail view

Does the result-set just show it in the list, but with no link to anywhere? What's the use-case?

Matt Walter: the user can change their layout to show what they need.
Use case is to load a list of items into a table, but know each item has no detail view needed.

Dean Vizer: Ok, so at the moment we filter out all with detail views, whereas we should allow them, and in default layouts only show as a link if one exists.

Matt Walter: or create param for “allow_list: true” (or similar) on the site search liquid tag
