Add French Locale Number output option to Siteglide Admin

In French speaking countries, numbers (and currencies!) are outputted in a different format from English speaking countries.
The platformOS Liquid for outputting a number in the French Locale is the following:
| format_number: precision: 2, separator: ",", delimiter: "."
Essentially commas and points swap roles so the price $5,460.78 is displayed $5.460,78
Even if a French user speaks good English or translates the page with google, reading numbers in the Siteglide Admin remains confusing. Even custom field integers are outputted with commas for the separator.
Would it be possible to add settings in the Admin for separator and delimiter, which would then globally effect how numbers are outputted on the Admin?
This is not a request for front-end code support as this is possible already with Liquid or JS.
