Integrate SiteBuilder Dynamic Layouts functionality into Studio.

Phase 1:

  1. Ability to insert a Dynamic Layout

  2. It would show as Dynamic and link to the feature and code editor

Phase 2:

  1. Ability to view and install from Library of Dynamic Layouts

  2. Ability to create new Dynamic Layouts in the Library
