Integrate SiteBuilder Dynamic Layouts functionality into Studio.
Phase 1:
Ability to insert a Dynamic Layout
It would show as Dynamic and link to the feature and code editor
Phase 2:
Ability to view and install from Library of Dynamic Layouts
Ability to create new Dynamic Layouts in the Library
