Adding Global Heading to Section Categories

Studio

It would be nice to have a heading with all the global sections to make it easier to get to global sections without having to scroll through every section ever created.

@Angel Dagondon This works well, but I wonder if would be more useful to have a dropdown with options:

    1. —filter by global sections—

    2. Show global sections only

    3. Show sections which use page data only

Where 1 is value empty string, meaning no filter.
