Admin Dropdown Fields e.g. in a WebApp to Allow De-selecting all values

Currently dropdown fields (inside Admin) start off with null value and once they have a value selected, it is not possible to return them to an empty state.

A workaround is possible by creating an "empty" option, but this makes code relying on this more complex as it has to look for empty and "empty" states.

Please could you add an option to the admin of selecting none of the values of the dropdown, returning the value in the database to null.

For clarification, this would of course already be possible front-end, I am specifically requesting the option within the Admin UI.
