Admin UI bug/ improvement- Adding custom fields for webapp

When a new custom field is added in webapp table builder, it scrolls automatically up to the middle of the page- this becomes a slowdown if you're adding lots of fields.

Expected behaviour, no scroll so that custom field remains on screen for adding details- or scroll correctly to field you've just added and focus.
