Archive for all WebApps and Modules

Currently the Archive feature is available for Blog and Events.
It may be useful to open this up to all WebApps and Modules- especially in the use-case where a Blog is imported as a WebApp.
The expected behaviour for WebApps would be to use "Release Date" like Blog currently does.
