Blog Module - Make sure Categories and Authors in the Sidebar sort consistently

Sometimes the Blog sidebar Authors and Categories appear in an inconsistent order. The reason is not known, but no sort property is set currently.
We could either sort by a fixed property, or provide a method for choosing the sort via a Liquid parameter.
