    You can import categories via CSV.
    All root category pages will be created after successful import.

    Working on Export first, and then Import after.
    There's 2 added complications with Categories compared to importing other data:

    1. The root Category pages need to be created/updated on import
    2. Managing the tree-like structure in CSV will be difficult with a 'Parent' field. If it's a new branch of the tree, then the parent won't exist yet, so there won't be a known ID to enter.
