There's no user role attached to this tab, so it should be visible to everyone. Can you create a dummy client account to check the site in question please? It should even be accessible for both Client and Client Restricted.

Jon Macmorland: Ok. It looks like Secure Zones were only added to that WebApp yesterday, so I suspect they were working in a different tab and didn't refresh. I'll close this, and we can re-open if they're still affected.
