Create Site - Capitals in site name generates site with same url link

When generating a new site a capital in the name would cause the url generated to have similar name as previously created sites. Causing sites to have same url but not same names

    Martin Sanderson - There's validation in place to cover this.
    For example I can't have a site at mw-site-001 and MW-SITE-001.

    If you're saying it's not working, then can you please provide examples.
