You can now add new Users in your CRM. You can find an 'Add new User' button on the CRM User list.

Is there any planned update on this - becoming more urgent with live sites that cannot add new ones to CRM eg from phone or in-person contact. Clients not across imports…

Liz Gibbs: No immediate plans for this, but it's certainly something we will add when we find time. As a workaround in the meantime you could create a front-end form that's hidden behind a Secure Zone which only the site owner has access to.
