CRM form fields bug - Boolean not saving?

Using default form layout, a form with a Boolean CRM field attached.

When the form is saved, a boolean value does not seem to be saved in the CRM, or sent in the request with other user_fields.

This problem doesn't seem to occur for webapp/module forms.
