CRM - User Properties

Currently it's not possible to create custom user properties. The only way to do this is by making use of forms, but this allows for duplicate content, and is separate to actual users. (As it is a model and not a userprofiletype)

    Please could you explain an example of what you mean by duplicate content?

      Matt Jones: Hi Matt, I've had a couple scenarios where if a user fills out the registration form multiple times, there will be multiple versions of it as it is a case.
      This makes is difficult to track what data is correct or the latest as there are now multiple records.
      The only way to get around this is to do some additional validation and custom code to prevent this from happening.
      This has caused issues in the more complex sites where data needs to be accurate and there can only be one source of information.
