eCommerce Basic Payment Forms- Add access to minimum payment variable from CMS

Please provide Access to a dynamic variable for the Minimum Payment Specified in the CMS.
This should be an integer in cents format.
Default Layout is updated automatically when CMS is updated- but custom Layout doesn't have access to the variable.
