Export Tools - Automatic Export

We'd like the ability to setup a schedule which automatically runs a full export of a site periodically.
At the moment we can run exports via CLI, but if we could somehow automate this process it would be really helpful.
For example, each month on the 28th, run export backups of all our client sites.
