File Manager - Copy Direct URL Convert spaces

When clicking the "Copy Direct URL" icon on a file in file manager, could we switch the use of "%20" for spaces to "+" instead? This will then be inline with the recent update to RTE fields in WebApps and Modules and streamline being able to more easily output assets within RTEs.
