For Modules that are filtered via URL params only, add support to override the same params via Liquid.

E.g. range_field in events module and page in all modules are currently only changeable through URL query parameters.
Please can we look at if it is feasible to aim for equivalence between URL parameters and Liquid parameters when outputting Modules/ WebApps?
One example of where this would be useful, is setting Events module to show future events by default, without needing to refresh the page to add URL parameters.
