Forms - Allow only one entry per email.

Feature

We should have Enable/Disable option for this feature. If we enable this feature for particular form then this form should allow only one entry per email. If user will try to submit the form twice with same email address then the form should display some error message "You already have used this email address try with some another email". We need this feature for offers form, sale etc.

    'Use-Case: e.g. If we are selling some products from physical store. And we started an offer with some discount. So in that case what we do. We add the offer description web page. We check the all entries in the form. and we send some coupon code to users who has filled out the offer form. So they can collect their parcel within 3 to 4 days by showing the coupon code at store. So currently when we export the entries we have to sort out manually. If the entries are repeated with same email address.'
