Forms - field label UI toggle

Feature

We would like to have a toggle in the forms UI where we can show/hide form field labels directly in Admin.

Particularly useful for forms using the default layout where you'd like changes in the Admin form to reflect on the page.

    If we choose to hide the label. Means toggle button is off, in that case Labels should be passed as a placeholder of that field.
