'Global' Sections

Ability to make the content/metadata used in a Section global so that it can be reused across the site to avoid updating in multiple places.

Any section can be inserted from Section Library and and converted to a Global Section (or a copy made if already in use). Content is added as normal but then when that section is inserted elsewhere the content is shared across every instance of it.

ALL content will be the same which keeps it simple and doesn’t impact the functionality available within the section itself.
