Disable Siteglide bottom blue bar buttons on Section modals

The UX is currently very confusing as the Save Page button is where you’d naturally go in Siteglide but for Section modals you need to click the Publish button top right.

Disable the bottom bar so the action button is Update/Publish.

    By the way, this would be useful also on Page Templates, when you are editing sections.
