Image vs. File field types- Restrict file type

In some areas of Siteglide there is a file type field distinct from an image type field. These have very similar behaviour in the UI.

In Studio there is an opportunity to make their behaviour differ further by allowing the agency to set Mime types which are suitable for this field, for example an image field type could accept only “image/*” mime types. Whereas a specific file field may only expect .pdf files but not .doc files.

It would be good if Siteglide File manager could be loaded when a field is clicked in a mode which only shows files which match the criteria the field expects and only allows files which match those criteria when uploading. Fields in Siteglide could also have the option to set which files they accept, to keep the behaviour consistent. It would probably need a small amount of attention to support this on the front-end as well.

The main File Manager would continue showing and allowing all file types as normal. The only change would be the version of File Manager loaded when a field is clicked.

Any defaults would need to preserve backwards compatibility. It may make sense to make file type fields available where they are currently not yet.
