Mailboxes - add mailbox controls to Admin

It would be nice to be able to create, control and manage Mailbox accounts from Admin on sites.

At the moment we have to ask the Siteglide Support team to add new mailboxes, which is fine but we'd prefer to simply manage it ourselves instead.
