Page lock - Only one person editing a page at a time

Feature

Requested by Daniel Depaz -
" - In this functionality if someone is working on any page's backend the other user should not be able to edit that page. It means at a time only one person should be able to edit/work on that page etc."

The 2nd person (and subsequent people) who try to edit a page being edited should get a message that “Name of person” is currently editing this page.
