Could really use this myself! Having this feature would allow me to build pages upfront and then have the system automatically make them live so I don't have to later. Use case is a training situation where students need to come to the site every week to watch a new video. But we don't want to show them all the videos at once. We stager them on purpose to keep from students watching all the videos at once.
