Pages - Toolbox output UI for all asset types

Currently the Toolbox within CMS > Pages> Page Builder only provides image assets to be outputted into the code.
Toolbox within CMS > Pages > Page Builder should have a UI that allows for simple access and output of other asset file types, such as PDFs etc, pages, webapps, modules etc.
