Portal - Private Partner Library

Provide a space within the Portal where partners can save a core library of code snippets, pages and more that can then be easily installed/included on any site.

This will allow partners to quickly add common features and sections they use on sites to new builds ready to be tweaked to suit requirements, reducing dev time.
