Add validation to avoid duplicate names for Studio Page Templates
I downloaded the Studio Photography Theme then created a Photography Page Template, but I think there was already a Photography Page Template? And now there are 2 with the same name.
Can we stop that from being possible? Could cause confusion.

@Angel Dagondon Please can you see if you can re-create this?
See if you can either:
Create a duplicately named page temnplate as you install a library (as a side effect of creating the library)
Create a duplicately named page template in Siteglide Admin (including when the version that already exists was created by Studio as a side effect of installing a library).
