Retrieve an overview list of all CRM Users from your website
  • Get WebApp Items
Retrieve WebApp Items from your website

Dean Vizer: Fantastic Dean! Thanks for your work on this!
I know you're probably not taking requests at this point, but if it's helpful to know, a lot of the use cases I've heard described in the partner community that would benefit from a Zapier integration would be triggered by the ability to detect a new Case from a specific form.

I think this is a great idea. Let the email platforms do what they are best at, and continue building out Siteglide to do what it is best at. A "mix and match" approach is what most clients want anyway. What is critical is CRM synchronization.

Bob Peterson: Agreed! Having Siteglide as the main hub where the entire online experience can be managed in one place, but also have the ability to continue using the clients platform of choice is huge. I've had several clients that were already using an email marketing solution when we came along. Having the ability to connect that solution to SG and still manage it in one place is a great idea for sure!

Bob Peterson: I also like this solution and think it's the way to go. I have been looking in to Zapier and being able to initiate steps from SG would be just the right fit.
