Remove siteglide_example.css and fonts from custom cart layouts

At the moment siteglide_example.css and the font Nunito are loaded into the head of the page using the cart layout. This causes conflict with existing stylesheets and adds unnecessary files to be downloaded for the user.
This stylesheet and font should only be included in the siteglide example layout, not custom layouts.
