Remove siteglide_example.css and fonts from custom cart layouts

Feature

At the moment siteglide_example.css and the font Nunito are loaded into the head of the page using the cart layout. This causes conflict with existing stylesheets and adds unnecessary files to be downloaded for the user.
This stylesheet and font should only be included in the siteglide example layout, not custom layouts.

    Use the following parameter on cart output: remove_default_css: 'true'

      In order to preserve how existing sites look, we'll add a new parameter to the Cart include to allow you to remove this CSS file. This will be released next week.
