Reporting - Date Filter

Reporting can turn into a lot of things, so as a quick way to make the existing state more useful, how about adding a date filter for the case export button?
This would allow once to decide what date range to filter on before hitting export.

    This one is out to test in Alpha!
    New fields show for "Date From" and "Date To", updating those will filter the table below, exporting will then only export the relevant cases.
