Rich Text Links- custom classes

Feature

Allow clients to easily add button styling in the Rich Text editor by adding possible classes in the field config, and then allowing a dropdown in the rich text "add link" menu for selecting a class from the dropdown.

    Assume that will also be in RTE in webapp items?
