Shopping Cart Bug

Hi All,
Seem to have found a bug in the e-commerce module. When I add products to the shopping cart, and then delete them all, and then navigate away to another page, it will still "re-add" the last item I have deleted back to the cart

This was happening to a current website I am building and then I tested it again with a Siteglide demo site (where I have not changed anything) and the same bug occurs
