Standardised Query Field

It would be really beneficial to have a standard field to query against. Doing a text search across multiple webapps can only really be done with standard fields (name, slug) and not custom fields. It would therefore be beneficial to have an additional standardised query/keywords field. I would probably also by default have a checkbox that sets the value of the field to be the name, so that it always has the latest value of name by default
