Styling options other than colour and font

Can we create other styling options (for Tailwind only?) that work the same as colour/font but allow people to set sizes, rounded corners, spacing etc? Anything global that would be in Tailwind config or CSS variables?

This could potentially be solved by parsing the variables in JS and then generating a UI based on the content to allow people to add them in a UI
