Target Discount Codes at a specific Basic Payment Form

Currently we can set up a discount code to only be valid for specific products. This is great!

But it would be even more valuable if we could set up discount codes to only be valid on a specific Basic Payment Form. This would allow us to use the same functionality, but on non-checkout forms like products, webinars, other one off sales items.
