It's a minor thing but, right now, the initial status placed on a quote request is "Quote Provided" which is not actually true until the client has responded with their quote. (Which, in the case of engineered or solution based sales, is edited and specific prices are added.) Then they'd send a "Quote Invoice" at which time status could change to "Quote Provided." I get the sense the current "quote thing" is for a business that just auto-responds with prices instead of displaying them?? Anyway, my clients issue their price proposals only after discussions with the requestor and sometimes even take the follow-up offline, only updating the quote's status online.
