Use current Menu Builder UI to manage Weighting

The Menu Builder UI would be a nice way to manage Weighting on Modules and WebApps. Maybe a new tab could be added to the List View and allow people to sort by weighting. For it to work well ideally a default weighting value would be set on new items OR items without weighting would always be handled AFTER the ones with values?
