WebApp Fields - French (or other) words with letters that use accents break on import

Importing WebApps from BC to Siteglide breaks when using words with accented letters from other languages. Sometimes letters are removed, sometimes the whole WebApp item does not get imported.
Could we take a look at this and not count them as special characters?
This obviously has an impact on migration speeds.
