WebApp Item Weighting Stuck

We have field called "Weighting" and it will not update after saving. It remains stuck - There are two events: 1.) The Rink at Park Tavern Powered By Bubly
2.) Rescue Dog Games 2020 -- We are attempting to change the weighting back to 0, but they are stuck and still show the weights that were previously entered. The result is that the incorrect events are displaying on the home page.
