WebApps - Front-end editing - Anyone can edit

Feature

Add the ability to show the edit form to anyone for items that were created in Siteglide Admin (by the site owner, so don't have an owner front-end). Use-cases for this could be a community collaboration type item, or a hidden form to be used to update an item in the background like a counter.

    Simply set 'Anyone can edit' to 'Yes' on the WebApp structure edit view, and then front-end item edit forms will be visible to everyone.

    It may also be restricted based on membership of a secure zone - e.g. Admin
