Public API Orders Endpoint - currently includes User ID, please can we also return the name field from the related CRM model here? First Name, Last Name would be most useful

    This is live, the orders endpoints will now automatically reply with the fields:
    User Name
    User First Name
    User Last Name

    All orders endpoints will soon include:
    User Name
    User First Name
    User Last Name
